Ran into the issue as others about Xcode5 not being able to add 3rd party docsets anymore and there are workarounds, but this app made it super easy. I was trying to add the GHUnit docset via atom feed and this app simply required the url to the feed, downloaded it, and done! Shows up in Dash too.

I’m not sure what the other reviewers are having problems with as this app is completely straightforward to use. Open it, paste or find a docset or feed and done. Docs show up from that point forward in Xcode (or other like Dash).
